With a collective experience of over 25 years into real estate and related services, the team came together at a time the world was reeling under a global pandemic. 

About us:

We are India’s first and unique buyer focussed online broker community aiming to transform all ends of residential real estate from discovery to move in. 

Our raison d’être? Automobile, Food, Aviation, Hospitality, Education, almost all sectors have undergone a significant change over the last few decades. However, we believe real estate transactions, in general, have still remained archaic in nature. 

With the use of PropTech and human capital in this space, we aim to disrupt how buyers transact real estate in India. We take inspiration from successful practices across some of the worlds developed economies and tailor those for local requirements of the Indian buyer.

Our unique format coupled with exclusive curation of certified brokers on our platform provides buyers a refreshing take on their real estate transaction journey.

That’s not all. We know that buying a house is an emotional journey and it can get draining by the time you reach the end. Keeping that in mind, we come to the fore as one of India’s first institutional teams at scale to provide single point relationship management for our customers for all stages from discovery to moving into the house.
