Here's some "insider" tips you won't hear Realtors talk about. Selling? Here's the quickest way to find the best agent to sell your home. Choose a company, call the broker and ask for the name & number of the listing agent with the highest production. It's in the broker's best interest to give you this information and you'll immediately know who you should list with! We want you to call several local brokers but we welcome you to practice on us! Call our broker, Joe Eman, and tell him that you're thinking about selling your home and you'd like the name and number of the company's listing agent with the highest sales production. He will most likely tell you that Winter Baserva had the highest number of 'buyer' sales in 2009 but that Shari Ackerly had the highest number of sold listings! Both of these listing agents are extremely good at what they do so listing with either one would be a smart move.
