Congratulations to everyone who went through one of ERA's toughest and most challenging sales training courses offered called TOP GUN!

Tonia Kelly, "Participating in this course has given me more advanced sales skills so that, as a professional Realtor, I can focus on the special needs of homeowners, shorten the average time it takes to sell a home, and use the latest marketing technologies to help each property obtain the best possible price."
In order to graduate from ERA's Top Gun, graduates must complete seven specific missions, demonstrate their ability to use advanced sales techniques and meet very high standards set by ERA's most skilled and decorated sales professionals!
"The TOP GUN Academy is just one of the ways that ERA The Good Broker offers its associates quality continuing real estate education," noted Kelly. "Through its continued emphasis on professionalism, ERA The Good Broker ensures that its associates have the most advanced tools & training needed to effectively meet the real estate needs of all their clients and customers."
Just a reminder to everyone that last year's National ERA Rookie of the Year was Maria Sims, ERA Sunrise Realty. Maria closed over $100,000 in AGC in 2008, starting her career in Real Estate in late Jan. 08. Maria went to TOP GUN that same month and the rest is now recorded history as a story of an agent that through the most difficult market manage to rise to the TOP! By the way, she did this with no REO or Foreclosure work, she did this by prospecting an working hard!
